In support of World Arthritis Day, the Hong Kong Orthopaedic Association and the Faculty of Medicine of The Chinese University of Hong Kong will co-organise the World Arthritis Day 2026 Public Health Seminar, “Understanding the Keys to Healthy Joints”.

Programme Highlights

  • Public education talks by university professors, specialist doctors, physiotherapists, registered dietitians and doctoral researchers

  • Insights into arthritis prevention, diagnosis and treatment

  • Practical advice on joint care, exercise and nutrition

  • Updates on advanced medical technologies for joint health

  • On-site muscle strength assessment

  • Functional movement assessment

  • Gait analysis
